Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join our team at Comcast in Denver, Colorado. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their main point of contact
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
- Develop customer success plans to help customers achieve their goals and objectives
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to measure satisfaction and address any areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to customers on using our products effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Strong planning and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
