Key Responsibilities:

Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure alignment of solutions with business strategies

Deliver Success Plans to customers and drive adoption and benefit realization

Facilitate Change Management discussions and act as a customer advocate

Required Qualifications:

Extensive client-facing experience handling complex client needs

Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented

Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of Contact Center and/or Workforce Management experience

Experience with SaaS software solutions highly desirable

Experience in organizational and individual change management highly desirable
