Customer Success Manager

The devotion to understand and help customers is key to market success. You are in charge of onboarding new clients along with cultivating and intensifying our relationships with them.
Ensure high retention rate by addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with your empirical insights.Develop Floy's customer relationship management system to implement fast feedback loops.Underpin the last stages of our deployment process and coach medical specialists on how to endorse our AI solution.Develop market research studies and synthesize customer feedback to further improve our products.Willingness to travel.Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in approaching others.Outstanding command of German (native speaker, C2) and fluent English.
Good-to-have: Experience in sales and customer success management and/or the German medical sector. However, prior experience is not mandatory.
