Surglogs is an award-winning software solution digitizing and streamlining regulatory compliance for ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare facilities across the US. We are looking for ambitious and passionate individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients to join our quickly growing team and lead the movement together! About the Position: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Surglogs you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients. This starts by deeply understanding the customer's priorities, followed by onboarding and training that ensures they are receiving value from Surglogs' software. The CSM is expected to educate their customers on new features and best practices, monitor utilization, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities. This position requires extensive knowledge of Surglogs' software and requires the individual to be able to adapt quickly to changes in processes as well as possess strong relationship building skills.
\n Responsibilities Onboard and train new customers on the software by developing and delivering on unique success plans Educate and train clients on new features, software updates and best practicesUncover upsell & expansion opportunitiesEnsure customers renew their annual subscriptionCustomize software to promote better utilizationAdhere to company mission/vision/policiesProvide reports to management regarding current client developmentIdentify and communicate potential improvements to software Qualifications3+ years of applicable experience in customer success, support, sales or account management. SaaS experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred Have a positive attitude and strong work ethicBe able to work independently and on a teamExcellent written & verbal communication skillsAdaptable to new features and releases in softwareStrong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills.Masterful rapport building with clients in establishing strong long-lasting relationships.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be able to pass a background check

$71,000/year base salary, $86,000/year on-target-earnings
