### Job Description

Voya Financial is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Customer Success Manager** to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while working in a part-time capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our products and services, establishing Voya as a trusted partner in their financial journey.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive training and resources to ensure their understanding and utilization of Voya's offerings.

- **Account Management**: Maintain and manage strategic customer relationships, becoming the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of clients to address their needs and concerns promptly.

- **Proactive Engagement**: Regularly check in with customers to gauge satisfaction, identify new opportunities for engagement, and preemptively address potential issues before they escalate.

- **Customer Advocacy**: Serve as the voice of the customer within Voya, relaying customer insights and feedback to internal teams to influence product development and service enhancements.

- **Analytical Reporting**: Track and analyze customer usage data and trends, preparing detailed reports that highlight successes, challenges, and actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and to align customer feedback with business objectives.

- **Creative Problem Solving**: Utilize creative thinking to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs, enhancing their experience with our products and services.

- **Training Development**: Design and deliver customer training programs and create support materials to empower clients and team members.

- **Customer Events**: Organize and facilitate customer events (e.g., webinars, workshops) to educate clients and foster community engagement.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years in customer success, account management, or related fields, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors.

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- **Independent & Confident**: You must be able to work independently and display confidence in your decision-making and customer interactions.

- **Soft Skills**: Strong creativity to think outside the box, coupled with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that client interactions and documentation are thorough and accurate.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Adept at identifying problems and generating effective solutions swiftly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), data analytics tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
