You should expect very intense, motivated and talented co-workers. You must be willing to relocate to San Francisco and work in person – we will help covering the moving costs.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Replai's offerings. You should be capable of delivering results that far exceed expectations, in less time than most consider possible. You'll work alongside an intensely motivated and talented team. Relocation to San Francisco is required, and we will assist with moving costs.
You will manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing success and growth. Your focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring that each customer realizes the full potential of our solutions. You'll need to deeply understand customer needs and provide tailored support at every step.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer success, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve outstanding results. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously are crucial.
Your responsibilities: Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal and growth, ensuring each customer achieves their desired outcomes.Collaborate with the team to build and scale Replai's customer success strategy while delivering hands-on support to customers.Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and to maximize the value delivered.Requirements: Thrive on change while remaining highly optimistic and coachable.Exceptional organization and time management skills.Strong ability to understand customer needs.Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction.Commitment to self-growth via learning and desire to be surrounded by highly intense co-workers.Send your resume and cover letter to ****** to apply.
