Position Description The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in customer retention and satisfaction by effectively communicating our corporate value proposition to assist in driving new functionality and community engagement to existing customers. This position is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers by providing detailed knowledge and understanding on how to best use CivicPlus products. This role is also responsible for educating customers on the usability of current functionality, possibilities for engaging citizens, new module availability, opportunity generation, and leading a variety of virtual customer meetings. As a Customer Success Manager you will: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to retain the existing customer base. This is achieved by clearly and succinctly communicating the company's value proposition through remote meetings, phone calls, and emails, while also performing demonstrations of product modules or new functionality. Additionally, the position requires providing customers with resources to promote best practices for product use and identifying new sales opportunities during customer interactions. Timely and accurate communication with assigned customers is essential, ensuring all requests are addressed within the required timeframe. The role also involves analyzing customer inquiries and providing well-informed responses, as well as acting as an escalation point for customer feedback or concerns.
