What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions

Assist in mentoring and developing the Customer Success team
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in the Sales and Supply Chain B2B industry
Strong understanding of Sales and Supply Chain industry trends, challenges, and customer dynamics
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
