What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement account management and success strategies to ensure exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with various departments to understand customers' objectives and deliver solutions that drive revenue
Engage and influence decision-makers at different levels within customer organizations
Conduct strategic business reviews and regular customer meetings to maintain relationships and drive growth
Drive pipeline and revenue growth to meet or exceed targets
Assist with the negotiation of contracts and agreements
Provide cross-functional support for events, tradeshows, and partner forums
Become an expert on the company's telematics and insurance service offerings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Completed Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of customer success experience, preferably in managing complex technology solutions
Strong knowledge of the personal and commercial lines insurance industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue quotas
Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical skills and a passion for technology
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
