About The Role
The company is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Strategic team in North America, West. The Customer Success Management (CSM) team focuses on aligning, enabling, and expanding with customers' desired business outcomes and use cases. This involves collaborating with various teams within the hiring company and serving as a liaison with customers.
Responsibilities
Partner with customers in establishing and achieving their desired business outcomes
Guide customers on the platform, best practices, and use cases
Understand the customer journey and assist in future adoption
Act as the company's liaison for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Own a book of assigned customers, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
Stay informed about releases
Requirements
Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline
Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, DevSecOps
Experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Familiarity working with customers of various sizes
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Technical, analytic, and problem-solving abilities
