Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team at Zocdoc in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing excellent service and support. This is an associate level position requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met- Provide support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:- Reliable and independent individual who can work effectively with little supervision- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience working in a customer service or customer success role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
