Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

American Financial Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Austin, Texas. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in customer success or a similar role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively- Confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
