Job Description:

W.R. Berkley is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is critical in driving customer loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and that expectations are exceeded- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support to help them get started with our products and services- Monitor customer accounts and track key metrics to identify trends and potential areas for growth- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our offerings and foster new relationships- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team- Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic- Creative thinker with strong planning skills
