Job Description:Collaborate with and support Reichert domestic and international Outside Sales Managers and Application Specialists with a focus on international customers.Collaborate with and support Reichert national retail accounts.Support the Reichert Sales and Marketing Teams by playing an active role in achieving worldwide sales targets.Provide quoting, pricing, order, and RMA support to Reichert's national account business.Work closely with Reichert's Regulatory Team to resolve country registration issues and provide dealers with foreign government documentation.Assist the Regulatory Team in processing new dealer contracts and contract reviews.Interact with the Reichert Technical Services Team to facilitate resolution of technical customer issues.Collaborate with Reichert Finance, Production, and Shipping teams to resolve customer order fulfillment delays.Be resourceful in the resolution of complex customer issues.Knowledge of export documentation a plus.Bi-lingual a plus.Act as a back-up in the absence of other team members.CompensationSalary Minimum: $50,000
