The Customer Success Representative at Chevron will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from their location in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, possess critical thinking skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes- Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential problems- Provide product and service demonstrations to customers as needed
