This position is a full-time, remote work opportunity based in San Jose, California, US, at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and high-quality service- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance customer experience- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to address customer needs and concerns- Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends, satisfaction levels, and potential areas for improvement- Monitor and track customer interactions and outcomes to continuously improve customer success strategies- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to better serve customers
