Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, have strong analytical skills, and thrive on cooperation with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs- Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on our products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Detail-oriented and highly organized
