Job Description:

Phillips 66 is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist, who will work remotely from San Diego, California. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, possess strong project management skills, and have proven persuasion abilities.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention- Provide product training and support to customers as needed- Monitor customer feedback and advocate for solutions to enhance customer satisfaction- Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve customer success metrics

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in data analysis and reporting- Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus
