**Job Description:**
We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team at Honeywell International. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to foster relationships, resolve issues, and drive customer engagement, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. This is a work-from-home position based in Austin, Texas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Act as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing relationships to accomplish customer success objectives.
- **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and information to use our products effectively.
- **Support & Issue Resolution:** Address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues in a timely and courteous manner. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- **Research:** Conduct in-depth research on customer accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, providing tailored recommendations.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and elevate the overall customer experience. Work closely with product development and marketing teams to relay customer insights.
- **Negotiation:** Collaborate with customers to negotiate terms of service, renewals, and upsell opportunities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Prepare reports for management that highlight trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
- **Training & Guidance:** Offer ongoing training and support to customers, keeping them informed of new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their use of Honeywell products and services.
- **Innovation:** Encourage and implement calculated risk-taking in customer success strategies to drive innovation and continuously improve customer engagement practices.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent research and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with customer engagement tools is a plus.
- **Remote Work:** Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines consistently.
