Job Description:

The Customer Support Assistant at IBM in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance either over the phone, via email, or through online chat- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide solutions in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve complex customer issues- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures- Keep up to date on product knowledge and stay informed about new features and updates- Assist with training new customer support team members- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Confident in interacting with customers and handling challenging situations- Strong planning and analysis skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
