### Job Description

Starbucks is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support while promoting a culture of inclusivity and innovation.

### Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with proactive solutions, aligning with company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Product Support:**
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, including menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Assist customers with their orders, including customization and dietary needs, ensuring a personalized experience.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:**
- Work closely with fellow team members to create a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service delivery and address any challenges.

- **Operational Support:**
- Support the management team in executing promotional events, community outreach, and in-store activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

- **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather customer feedback and insights to share with management, contributing to service improvement initiatives.
- Compile reports on common inquiries and feedback trends, providing actionable intelligence for the team.

### Requirements

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food & beverage environment.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer support operations.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- **Hardworking:** Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work, especially under pressure.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Adaptability:** Ability to adjust to varying customer demands and operational changes swiftly while maintaining high service standards.
- **Teamwork:** Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of fostering a positive team environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software and digital communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred but not mandatory.
