Job Description:

Western Digital is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution- Document and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to help improve products and services- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
