### **Job Description**

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, social media), providing timely and friendly responses to ensure a positive customer experience.

- **Issue Resolution:** Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complaints, providing clear solutions and follow-up.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Procter & Gamble's product offerings. Effectively communicate features and benefits to customers, assisting them in making informed choices.

- **Data Entry and Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Monitor trends and escalate recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.

- **Training and Mentorship:** Assist in training new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a supportive team environment.

### **Qualifications and Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a consumer goods or fast-paced retail environment.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to think critically and devise effective solutions to complex customer issues.
- **Negotiation:** Demonstrated experience in negotiation, with a strong ability to persuade and influence customers while maintaining brand integrity.
