Job Description:
Health Net is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of adaptability and dedication in order to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience.3. Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs.5. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
