Cutback Saw Operator

Pries is looking for an Cutback Saw Operator to add to our team! No previous experience needed!
This position is an 8 hour shift from 2pm-10pm  Monday-Friday and a possible Saturday depending on production. Starting at up to $22 per hour!

Duties include:
Verify order length of metal in Epics, confirm die profile to work orderVerify cut toleranceInspect material for defects, and burr after cut. Scrap metal found to be defectivePosition guides according to specifications of cutCheck saw stop, blade and blade lubrication, of the material, chip collector and chip barrel.Instruct saw help in keeping up with production and upholding quality standards, Team of 1 or 2Ensure the stacking equipment is aligning material properly in the rack per balance standardsCreate rack setups that ensure protection and prevent damage of metalDirect saw help employees to ensure proper packing and stacking of materialComply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety DepartmentMaintain consistent and reliable attendanceClean and organize your work areaBenefits Offered:
