Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a Full Time Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated CVOR team.
This position is working full-time (40hrs) Monday to Friday night shift.

Job Responsibilities:
- The Surgical Technologist CVOR acts as a resource in an Inova Fairfax Medical Campus CVOR.
Assists OR Service Leader to ensure unit compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements, and JCAHO standards.
- Demonstrates leadership traits and supporting behavioral competencies.
- Assists the OR Service Leader in analyzing data, ensuring team adherence to performance standards, and improving processes continuously.
- Serves as primary liaison and information resource for specialty.
- Oversees the provision of therapeutic care in a holistic, evidence-based environment that produces excellent patient care with optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements for Consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-year experience as a Surgical Technologist n cardiac surgery required
- Licensed Surgical Technologist via Commonwealth of Virginia required upon Start
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association required upon Start
- One of the following Surgical Technologist certifications required Upon start: - (CST) via NBSTSA
- Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) via NCCT
