This opportunity resides with Cyber & Electronic Warfare, a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Mission Technologies a division of HII and their Cyber, Electronic, Warfare & Space team is looking to hire a Protocol Analysis and Cyber Discovery Technique Developer in collaboration with other members of our Prototype Development Support. Must possess a strong mission focus to do new development, rapid prototyping, and analytics support in a variety of environments, using leading edge technologies.

You will join a team of 4-5 developers on CHIMERA who: Find and resolve malicious cyber activitiesResolve communications into intelligible formsDevelop discovery tools using C++ and PythonDeliver newly discovered cyber protocols/variants, and processingMinimum QualificationsClearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for considerationBachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field plus 5 years of relevant experienceMaster's degree plus 3 years of relevant experienceAssociate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the positionExperience in developing or analyzing hardware or software techniques, applications and tools, scientific programming, or digital signals processingUnderstanding of signals and protocol analysis techniques, and can apply this to discovery activitiesKnowledge of bit manipulation toolsKnowledge of communication protocols that relate to cyber activityC++PythonPreferredKnowledge of XKSWhy HII
