In the role of IT Security Administrator I, we'll count on you to:
Assist with administration of production security-related systems under direction of Senior Application AdministratorProvide first-level problem resolution of production security systemsPerform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production security systemsReview and analyze system modifications/patches/updates/upgrades for applicability to assigned systemsReview system logs and reports for problemsConduct technology implementation tasks under direction of higher-level technical/managerial staffCoordinate all activities with system and network administrators as needed for security-related itemsPerform other duties as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experienceAbility to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolutionSelf-starter and able to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervisionAttitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned cultureWhat We Believe
