Your role:You oversee and actively drive the corporate cybersecurity strategy in North America with oversight for Latin America.You implement global cybersecurity directives/processes.You manage ActSafe cybersecurity offering including internal program management as well as external sales and marketing.You lead local cybersecurity certification/compliance efforts.You directly support customer requests for completion of security related documentation and related discussions.You review and act as subject matter expert in contract review and negotiations.Provides technical expertise to the organization about cybersecurity topics or liaise with other cybersecurity experts across Siemens Healthineers.You manage and address cybersecurity risks in the portfolio and operations of the organization in scope.You advise organization's leadership on cybersecurity risks and security posture.You run cybersecurity incident handling procedures for local incidents.You monitor regulation and local legislation landscape to derive required actions, accordingly, liaise with respective authorities.You support customer-facing roles in communication with customer on cybersecurity relevant information.Your expertise:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Proven experience >10 years in information security, particularly in implementing security measures within complex, decentralized environments.Prior experience in a large organization CISO/CYSO role strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements.Experience in local certifications such as TX-RAMP, DoD RMF, and FEDRAMP preferred.Proven history of running a managed service program preferred.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders up to top leadership level (Head of Region).The pay range for this position is $148,450 - $192,110 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
