Job Description Bring an in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture.
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Serve as the Operations Manager and Lead Action Officer for a DoD Senior Executive responsible for cyber acquisition portfolios and capability development.
Act as an advisor and integrator of workstreams across the organization.
Coordinate support for government and contractors to manage taskings and coordinate staffing packages for senior leadership and departmental requirements.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in serving on DoD staffs and interacting with senior leadersExperience with leading teams to meet timelines and deliverablesExperience with coordinating and leading meetings, both pre-planned and short noticeAbility to be a team playerTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional QualificationsExperience with the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)Experience with writing and reviewing senior-level DoD and Joint Staff correspondenceExperience with supporting DoD Cyber-focused organizationsExperience with DoD acquisition policyPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or Engineering preferred; Master's degree a plusClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Requires TS/SCI security clearance.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $80,000 - $160,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.
