The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionatelycalled D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic teamthat includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production,Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-servicecreative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.
The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCoFoods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lays,Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Capn Crunch and Quaker (to name just afew!).
This Director role is a high impact leadership role that will beresponsible for leading Account Strategy within the D3 Agency team. Thisleader will partner across the D3 creative, social, purpose, and accountteams to deliver best in class campaigns and programs that are driven byhuman centric insights. The director will also partner across PepsicoFoods brand teams to shape brand strategy and positioning to driveconsumer engagement and market share. The director will lead a team ofstrategists that cultivate insights and cultural trends to shape thecreative thinking for the broader D3 team to drive award winning andbreakthrough campaigns.
Responsibilities\* Lead a team of strategists, providing guidance and oversight toensure professional growth, building a collaborative culture, andensuring the success of multiple PepsiCo Foods businesses.\* Support multiple creative, social and purpose teams to delivereffective and award-winning creative for omnichannel distribution aswell as experiential programs.\* Develop new ways of synthesizing human-centered insights fromdata-driven sources to create meaningful stories, actionable strategies,and annual operating plans.\* Partnering with creative, social and purpose teams to developcreative strategic platforms that serve as jumping off points for newcampaigns and programs\* Trend scouting to proactively catch trends early, briefing creativeand social teams to continue moving at the speed of culture\* Partner with internal brand and customer insights teams to identifykey consumer and shopper insights that inform creative work andaccelerate brand growth and consumer engagement\* Partner with brand and insights teams to develop brand strategies,establish positioning, and refine brand tone of voice across theportfolio\* Drive greater rigor for the strategy function and infuse all creativedisciplines with a better understanding and use of strategic planningtools\* Collaborate with internal media planning teams and external mediapartners to deliver total connections planning for integrated marketingcampaigns
Compensation & Benefits:\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$122,300 - \$242,700 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting actual starting salary.\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% ofannual salary paid out annually.\* and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid outover 3 years following the end of the performance period.\* Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility andperformance.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Healthand Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program(EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contributi nRetirement Plan.
Qualifications\* Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus\* 10+ years of agency planning/strategy and/or in-houseplanning/strategy experience\* Proven experience with developing brand strategies, brandpositioning, and tone of voice across a variety of brands\* Experience developing the strategy and planning behind 360 integratedmarketing campaigns that bring creative ideas to life across a range ofconsumer touchpoints\* Established track record of identifying trends and articulating intoactionable insights for creative teams\* Experienced people manager with ability to influence and lead others,including those outside of their function\* Proven experience leading and interacting with senior leaders\* Prior experience collaborating across a wide range ofinternal/external stakeholders from in-house agency partners, brand,external agencies, and media teams\* Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills\* Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously across aportfolio of brands\* Experience working in a fast-paced environment that aims to respondto culture in real time
