Job Title: D365 F&O Solution Architect (Manufacturing)
Years of Exp: 10+ Years relevant experience
Skills: 10+ years of experience in ERP solutions architecture in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&SCM).
10+ years of experience implementing solutions in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O in manufacturing environments.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Production Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse Management.
Expertise in manufacturing operations, including lean manufacturing, discrete and process manufacturing, and shop floor control.
Experience with integration of D365 F&O with MES, IoT, and other third-party applications.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure, and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Data Entities, API).
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, driving innovation and operational improvements.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate & Solution Architect (MB-335, MB-330, MB-700) is preferred.
Responsibilities: Architect and Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive solution architectures for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with a specific focus on manufacturing processes, including supply chain management, production control, inventory management, etc.
Business Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement D365 F&O solutions to optimize production planning, resource management, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including production managers, finance teams, and supply chain specialists, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configuration: Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of D365 F&O to meet specific business needs in manufacturing, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration of D365 F&O with third-party applications and other enterprise systems to support end-to-end business processes.
Solution Delivery: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions from inception to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain solution documentation, and provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles, particularly within the manufacturing domain.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and manufacturing technologies, and recommend continuous improvements for operational excellence.
