Your Role: Gather, analyze, refine, validate, report, and publish dataDeliver complete, concise, and accurate business intelligence reports/visualsFollow best practice guidelines for business intelligenceWork with multifunctional teams to determine and articulate report requirementsAnalyze complex data to provide operational intelligenceMonitor and manage the data lifecycle processDevelop data quality metrics and controlsPerform descriptive and summary statisticsCreate data visualizations to support insightsCompile, review, and analyze data through database and statistical programmingShare insights across the enterprise Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or other relevant fields preferredKnowledge of data modeling, query languages (SQL, etc.), and key trends in reporting, business intelligence, and analytical processesExperience working in a data analyst role actively engaged with data and business intelligenceKnowledge and understanding of relational databasesAbility to learn new database concepts, processes, tools, and best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong commitment to quality, architecture, and documentationExperience with Python, R, or other programming languagesExperience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Impala, etc.) Benefits Highlight: We believe it's important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
