Job Summary: Syra Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst, Medicaid to join our Data Engineering, Architecture, and Science (I.D.E.A.S.) team. The role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting Medicaid data to support decision-making processes, improve healthcare outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare systems, and a keen understanding of Medicaid policies and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with client business teams to deliver data artifacts on a monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc basis. Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Python, Azure, and AWS are essential; Experience with SAS, R, and RShiny are a plus. Responsibilities: As part of the I.D.E.A.S. team, this role will analyze and interpret Medicaid data to support decision-making processes, improve healthcare outcomes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and streamline claims management data processing.
