As our business expands, we are looking to hire a Data Analyst on an initial 6-month fixed term contract basis.
As Data Analyst, you will support our Commercial Finance Manager with all aspects of data management, analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights, perform data analysis, and support with reporting to help drive business decisions and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key responsibility areas include: Collecting and cleaning data from various sources and applications and preparing for analysis.Contribute to monthly enterprise level business performance reporting.Provide variance analysis of performance against plans and forecasts along with insights into performance improvement opportunities.Develop automated reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance efficiencies and insight into business performance.Provide value-add analysis that enables stakeholders to make informed decisions.What experience do I have? Demonstrated experience in a similar role with experience in collecting, cleaning, analysing and reporting in the Medical/Healthcare sector would be highly regarded.Experience in a data project environment and collecting data from scratch.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience with RIS/PACS or similar healthcare databases is highly desirable.Experience managing complex data sets from multiple sources.A relevant qualification; and/or extensive experience and specialist expertise in data management and analysis, reporting, financial modelling, and budgeting; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting and delivering actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making.An outstanding eye for detail, high level of accuracy, and strong numeracy skills.Excellent communication skills – able to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and build strong, lasting working relationships.You are forward-thinking, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for data and enjoy the challenge of building datasets from the ground up, while leaving a lasting impact, this role is for you.
