As a Data Analyst at Shaker, you'll help build and maintain our reporting infrastructure and ensure our internal teams and clients have access to the data they need to optimize the performance of media investments and manage them for maximum cost-effectiveness. From partnering with Ad-ops to ensure we are capturing actionable data, to ensuring data is accurately flowing into our data warehouse and finally working alongside our Data Strategists ensuring that our dashboards are up to date and making our data accessible, you will have an opportunity to work on every aspect of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with multiple teams to ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
Collaborate with media teams to monitor and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
Create/contribute to PowerPoint presentations.
Partner with Client, Media, and Ad Ops to ensure accurate data collection.

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of related experience
Comfortable working with data in tools like Excel, Python and R
Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools
Ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
Experience making data accessible through visualizations.
Ability to collect, pull insights from, and present data.
Familiarity with the digital media industry (esp. recruitment marketing) is a plus.

Ability to constructively accept and positively provide feedback.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Strength in prioritizing workload; meeting or exceeding deadlines
