Senior MDM Data Analyst Position Overview: As a Senior MDM Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining match strategies using data from various sources, including our Credentialing and Human Resource systems. Join us in optimizing data management processes and driving impactful insights in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with scrum team members to ingest data into Profisee, a cloud based PAAS application. Develop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rules. Administer the data stewardship model and perform data stewardship functions. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Work with MDM Developers and Architects to support logical and physical model development. Ensure alignment with healthcare data best practices, such as FHIR, HL7, and DaVinci. Manage MDM reference data and crosswalks in Profisee. Mentor other staff members and share best practices. Uphold Hospital values in decision-making and interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred. Expertise in healthcare-related business processes, particularly in medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or hospital operations. 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, including strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design. 2+ years of experience with MDM tools, preferably Profisee Master Data Management. Understanding of data quality, data governance, and metadata management; experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred. Skills, Abilities, and Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle and application program development. Strong roadmap and strategy development skills with a focus on business case development. Sense of urgency, accountability, and agile development mindset. Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical peers. Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a multitasking environment.
