Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. This role involves maintaining and updating our Shipping Exceptions Management System. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure the timely execution of daily tasks by converting Excel data into internal tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Review multiple Excel reports and ensure timely uploads into the Shipping Exceptions Management System. Develop insightful data visualizations to swiftly address common questions about Shipping Exceptions. Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and address issues in data collection, storage, transformation, or reporting. Key Qualifications:
Preferred 1 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Excel and data manipulation (essential). Familiarity with Logistics and Operations terminology. Familiarity with Business Objects is advantageous. Ability to generate cross-platform reports. Proficient in converting data into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail, adept at identifying data errors and potential system issues. Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for engaging with others. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn from colleagues at all levels. Hard Skills:
