- PBM or Insurance experience (Member Management, Claims Processing) - Experience working as a Product team in an Agile environment.
- Analyze problems, create options and communication pros/cons/benefit analysis.
- Self-managed and motivated - Ability to be part of a on-call rotation for production support issues.
- WSO2 or similar API technology preferred.
