\n Key Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across clinical and operational systems.Develop and implement data quality frameworks to support reliable and scalable data processes.Monitor and resolve data anomalies in clinical, operational, and medical record systems to maintain high standards.Integrate and optimize data flows between systems including but not limited to: Workflow Operating Systems (e.g., Monday.com), Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Domo), and medical record systems (e.g., Kinnser).Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless integration for efficient data processing and analysis.Design and implement automated data workflows to improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.Develop 2-3 year' vision driving AI-driven system integration strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making Create dynamic dashboards in Domo to provide actionable insights on KPIs like patient satisfaction, readmission rates, staff performance, and productivity.Use BI tools to automate reporting, improving real-time data accessibility for decision-making.Design and manage reports to optimize patient care pathways, operational processes, and resource allocation.Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and optimize operations.Oversee data governance processes, including Data Lake maintenance and Data Pipelining, to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across systems.Ensure seamless data integration between systems while maintaining high integrity.Establish and enforce best practices for managing healthcare data, including OASIS codes, diagnosis codes, and CMS measures.Leverage AI technologies to strengthen data governance and improve data accuracy and consistency.Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify opportunities for data quality and analytics improvement.Train staff and leadership on interpreting data insights, optimizing productivity, and using integrated systems effectively.Use integrated data analytics to forecast trends in patient care, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and productivity.Evaluate the impact of data-driven programs and recommend continuous improvements for scalability and performance optimization.Implement AI-powered tools to provide predictive analytics that drive strategic decisions. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years in data analytics, clinical informatics, or system integration (Healthcare and/or home health experience preferred).Consulting background is a plus. Work Operating Systems (e.g., Monday.com), Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake), BI tools (e.g., Domo), and Medical Record Systems (e.g., Kinnser).Strong knowledge of healthcare data structures, including OASIS codes, diagnosis codes, and CMS measures is highly preferred.Experience with data governance practices and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, excel statistics, data analysis, and automation tools.
