Position Overview:
Seeking a Data Analytics Senior to join the Multifamily Advanced Insights and Reporting (AIR) Team within the Asset Management Organization (AMO) Division at Freddie Mac!
This role will support the Multifamily COO as well as other lines of business in building reporting solutions to help manage the business.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and follow-up skills.
This position requires that the candidate interacts and works effectively with internal customers as well as with all levels of management within and across departments.
The position also requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
5+ years of data analytics, reporting or related experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Advanced skills and experience using SQL or similar data extraction querying languages to prepare data for reporting products
Advanced skills and experience using Tableau to create reporting insight for division leadership
Additional technical skills: proficient with relational databases and with reporting tools such as SAS, Excel, Python, PowerPivot, MS Query and MS Access.
Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
