The Data and Mail Operations Specialist is responsible for collecting, updating, and analyzing various database inventories. He or she will also be required to produce and prepare letters via mail merge and support the Data Analysis department as needed. A proficient or advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is required, together with a strong aptitude in verbal and mathematical reasoning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and edit client data to prepare for electronic import into the database.Conduct mail merges to prepare certified and first-class mail notices of delinquency.Support Data Analysts in tracking, coordinating, and uploading incoming client data files.Assist in reviewing data for inconsistencies or anomalies.Research property owner information and update, import, and export records as needed.Gather information regarding third-party sales scheduled, obtain results of said sales, and update all related information in the database.Assist in the process of weekly remittance of funds to clients.Attendance at work is an essential function of this position.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Associates Degree with a major in a field related to computer science, accounting, mathematics, and/or communications. Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited institution preferred.Strong technical skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work on issues independently.Ability to build and cultivate relationships.Ability to work additional hours, including overtime on occasion, until work for the day is complete.Ability to organize and handle multiple priorities, remain flexible, and complete projects on time.A willingness to learn new things and the demonstrated ability to implement/execute quickly.Dependable with a strong work ethic and personal integrity.Ability to learn and navigate software applications.Physical Demands/Work Environment
