The Data Engineering team is tasked with designing, creating, deploying, and managing the data architecture of our company. This encompasses shaping how we utilize data to gain competitive advantages, emphasizing the optimization of data flow and storage to align with our strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translating them into scalable database solutions and data models. It focuses on the technical aspects of data management and architecture design. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across systems, as well as implementing frameworks for data governance and compliance that supports efficient data operations and strategic business objectives.
Job Responsibilities: Define vision, strategies, and principles for data management.Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.Monitor system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.Evangelize data platform, standards, patterns, and best practices across business partners.Job Knowledge and Skills: Proven work experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
