Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with Data Entry/Analyst experience who will take full ownership of the position.The applicant will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases.
Their duties include inputting data from paper documents and ERP system reports into digital spreadsheets, updating KPI paperwork, create 5S Documentation and log all Layered Audit results monthly.and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly.
Here's What You'll Get To Do:
Workplace Organization
Collect WPO Audits every day from every board and track in the WPO Audit tracker.Alert Safety of any Behavioral Safety violations.Assist when necessary to help complete action items from 5S Workshop(s).Assist in the creation of 5S Documentation
Provisional Standard5S Checklist.
Strategy Deployment
Update KPI paperwork for each new month for each board.Record Level 4 Boards every week.Ensure Level 4 Boards have all the supplies they need.
Ex.
Expo markers, blank WPO audits, clipboards, calculator, pens, etc.Update Layered Audit Paperwork monthly.Log all Layered Audit results monthly.Collect Attendance at every Level 4 Board Meeting
