- A pioneer and one of the top companies in the healthcare industry located in Hingham, MA is currently looking for a n efficient Data Entry Associate to join their growing team
- This major health insurance company provides n early one in three Americans access to safe, standard, and inexpensive healthcare
- You will p erform a wide variety of administrative tasks from creating, maintaining, auditing, and retrieving medical records
Data Entry Associate Responsibilities: - Compiles, verifies and files medical records
- Reviews medical records for completeness, assembles records into standard order, and files records in designated areas
- Responds to request for medical records, processes letters, and reports
- Answers and directs telephone calls
- Ensures records are kept orderly and maintains filing system
Data Entry Associate Qualifications:
- 1+ years of data entry or related experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented
- Must have daily access to a vehicle (there is no nearby public transportation)
