Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting information into Excel and other databases.


Essential Functions Analyze and input data using advanced Excel functions (Formulas, VLookups, Pivot Tables, rules setup) Audit and validate data for consistent reporting Organize cycle counts for warehoused inventory items Assist with various data management tasks as needed Create and present scheduled reports Handle additional duties assigned by management Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Excel and MS Word Strong understanding of office equipment and computer hardware Basic knowledge of databases Proven experience as a data entry clerk Exceptional attention to detail Strong verbal and written English skills Fast and accurate typing skills Preferred: Knowledge of QuickBooks and Viewpoint Estimation
