Data Entry Clerk

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Data Entry clerk to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and processing claims documents efficiently. The ideal candidate will have medical experience, strong data entry skills, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks. Position: Data Entry Clerk Location: On site training for 2 weeks, then remote. Must live in the DFW area to apply. Pay: $17-$18/hr - Depending on Experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Duration: Temp to Hire Job ID: 147101 Job Description: Regularly monitor and manage the repricing inbox in Outlook, pulling claims documents from incoming emails and organizing them into designated folders. Scan and save claims documents into shared folder for archiving purposes, ensuring all files are accurately and securely stored. Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records. Occasionally reach out to providers offices and clients to follow up on the status of claims that have been repriced Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED - WILL BE VERIFIED Medical experience required Excellent Data Entry skills - will be tested! Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with email management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Effective communication skills for occasional outreach to providers and clients. Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
