Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry / Customer Service Representative in Detroit. This role will primarily focus on accurately entering client information and providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns. Pay range:
$17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including entering client information, policy details, and other relevant data into the company's database or CRM system. Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, providing information about insurance products, coverage options, and pricing. Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims processing, and other insurance-related issues. Document client interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system. Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns. Collaborate with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to resolve client inquiries and provide comprehensive support. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
