Data Integration Developer Full Time, Remote We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and work on automating data extraction, transformation, and visualization of enterprise data in support of our customers.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-impact project that supports the VA, develop your skills in development and automation, and collaborate with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities: Design and develop automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) to extract relevant data from current and legacy database systems.
Transform the extracted data into a format suitable for analysis and visualization.
This may involve cleaning, aggregating, and formatting the data as needed.
Work with Power BI and other specialists to analyze and visualize the transformed data, incorporating interactive features such as filters, drill-downs, and dashboards to facilitate business insights.
Automate the process of extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data using APIs or other relevant tools.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the automation script is functioning correctly, and the dashboard is accurate and reliable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to understand business requirements and create tailored solutions Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's data landscape, including data sources, structures, and relationships Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to development and deployment Stay abreast of the latest best practices, and industry trends Qualifications: US citizenship required.
4 years of experience in multiple programming languages Familiarity with data extraction, modeling, visualization, and API integration.
Understanding of data transformation concepts, including cleaning, aggregation, and formatting.
Familiarity with database systems and ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL or other query tools/languages.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and data governance principles Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data integration tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team About Semper Valens Solutions: Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
