POSITION SUMMARY The Data Integration Manager will lead the design, execution, and ongoing oversight of all enterprise application integrations. This person will be responsible for supporting the development and management of products from conception to launch and beyond. This role involves assisting in setting the product's strategy, defining its roadmap, and contributing to its success. In this key position, you will drive strategic initiatives in data integration and work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, marketers, and researchers to enhance the product and its features. This individual must develop an understanding of the entire Genpro technology-stack and manage specific products while gaining a broader understanding of all technologies to support other products as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise application integration projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and robust system interoperability. Partner closely with customers, Business Technology team members, and external vendors to understand and fulfill complex integration & Data requirements, promoting seamless system functionality. Assist in developing and defining the product strategy, goals, and success metrics in alignment with larger business objectives and customer needs. Lead independent projects from concept to completion, applying project management principles and best practices, and facilitating effective communication and documentation of project progress, decisions, and changes. Deeply understand the Genpro technology stack and its applications, participating in training and workshops to stay updated on technology trends. Lead and coordinate efforts among engineers, designers, researchers, and testers to foster collaboration and communication. Ensure teams stay on track to meet deadlines and budget constraints, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, resolving conflicts and facilitating discussions to align on product direction and manage expectations. Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery, assist in negotiating contracts, and maintain effective communication with external partners. Lead the integration of new technologies and/or infrastructure improvements, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of these technologies. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, providing expert-level support to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence. Analyze data to inform product decisions and strategies, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track product performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve the product(s). QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with advanced degrees advantageous. 5 years of in-depth experience in supply chain logistics and associated technologies, ideally within a 3PL environment. Solid hands-on experience in technology integration, implementation, and support, focusing on system integration and development. Expertise in the Cleo Integration Cloud or similar platforms for EDI/API integrations, with a proven track record of successful implementation. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively and manage multiple high-priority tasks concurrently. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in process improvement and project execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at constructive interactions with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency in Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel and familiarity with diagramming and process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucid Charts. Comprehensive knowledge of system capabilities, adept at conducting gap analysis, setting documentation standards, and employing continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in managing detailed system documentation and overseeing all facets of system administration, including backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
